Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide

When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, country, city, pincode/ZIP, profession, company, and a short description of how you plan to use AIMXOS. This is used to personalize your dashboard and reports, and to contact you about your account.

2. Websites you submit

When you run an audit, AI Visibility scan, or Page Speed check, you give us a URL. We crawl the publicly-accessible pages of that site to generate your report. We only crawl URLs you (or an anonymous visitor) explicitly submit — we don't crawl sites on our own initiative.

3. Third parties we share data with

• MongoDB Atlas — stores your account data and reports.
• Brevo — sends transactional emails (welcome, password reset, report delivery) on our behalf.
• Google Gemini and OpenAI — used by the AI Visibility Lab to generate and answer sample search questions about the topic/URL you submit. We do not send your account details (name, email, phone) to these providers — only the website URL and topic you enter.
• Google PageSpeed Insights API — receives the URL you want checked, to fetch Core Web Vitals data.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects our signup and password-reset forms from automated abuse. Google's own privacy policy and terms apply to this: policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential, httpOnly authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and report data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at info@digibrandbox.com and we'll process it within a reasonable time.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text) and authentication uses signed, httpOnly cookies. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
