1. What AIMXOS does

AIMXOS crawls and analyzes websites you submit to produce SEO, AI-readiness, page speed, and AI visibility reports. Reports are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes — they are not a guarantee of search rankings, AI citations, or any specific outcome.

2. Acceptable use

• Only submit websites you own, manage, or have a legitimate reason to audit (e.g., as an agency evaluating a client or prospect's public site).
• Don't use automated scripts, bots, or bulk requests to abuse our free tools beyond normal usage — we apply rate limits and may block IPs or accounts engaged in abuse.
• Don't use AIMXOS to crawl or scan sites you don't have the right to access, or in violation of a site's own terms/robots.txt directives beyond what's needed for a standard SEO audit.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

4. Free tier limits

Free/anonymous use of our audit, AI Visibility, and Page Speed tools is subject to rate limits to keep the service available and prevent abuse. We may change these limits at any time.

5. Third-party AI providers

The AI Visibility Lab uses Google Gemini and OpenAI to generate and evaluate sample search answers. These are third-party AI systems; their outputs can be inaccurate, and AIMXOS is not responsible for the content they generate.

6. No warranty

AIMXOS is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that reports are complete or fully accurate for every website.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
